Marie Fryman
Marie is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Her goal is to help motivated individuals reach their dreams, whatever they may be, by; providing a space to meet likeminded people, learn about breaking goals down into manageable stepping stones, and learning how to look after your body and mind to be your best self.
FUN FACT: Marie came to Canada almost 3 years ago with her travel buddy, Bertie - a blind Yorkshire Terrier with a strong desire to do nothing but sleep.
Holistic Health and Sober Coach
Pearl Cicci
Pearl is a holistic health coach on a mission to help people achieve optimal wellbeing and thrive sober.
She supports people with their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health so they can thrive by using biohacking and neuroscience based approaches. As a dancer, she uses somatic movement and dancing as a way to heal and help people tap into their most LIT UP versions of themselves.

Danielle Daem
Danielle Daem is a Sugar Freedom Expert & Somatic Embodiment Coach who is passionate about helping people heal their relationship with sugar and themselves so they can reclaim control over their health and energy once and for all!
Using her extensive knowledge in nutrition, somatic healing, trauma, and coaching, Dani helps you discover a new way of living in which sugar cravings and guilt no longer controls your health and life. Her root cause approach to addiction understands that our relationship with food ultimately stems from our relationship with ourselves.

Valerie Galvin
Valerie became an executive coach, first as a partner in Amsterdam based Executive Performance Training, then with her own coaching practice, Stand & Deliver. She is a founding co-director of Breathexperience Canada and a certified Clean Coach. ​Valerie believes the quality of our lives hinges on our capacity to be present – first to ourselves, then to others and the world. ‘Being present’ starts with sensing the simple movement of our allowed breath. That choice opens the door to a wellspring of creativity, trust, clarity, and vitality.
Yoga Instructor
Karen Harmon
Karen is a BCRPA-certified fitness instructor, Special Education Teaching Assistant, Public Speaker and an award-winning author.
She specializes in Yoga, Stretch, Pilates, and Cycle Fit classes. Karen is the recipient of the 2018 BCRPA Fitness Instructor of the Year Award.
It is Karen's philosophy that we must exercise to reap the benefits of good health but to heal the mind, body and spirit collectively, we must do Yoga.

Emma Hull
Emma Hull is a transformational life coach who will help you create the confidence to rediscover and reinvent yourself. Featured on television, radio, podcasts, and as a magazine columnist, Emma has decades of experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring successful individuals. Emma’s calm, gentle, intuitive approach is a balm for the soul. She founded Life Untethered Coaching to help you take control of your destiny with the help of both practical and somatic tools that combine her extensive corporate and government leadership experience with holistic wellness. Farah Nazarali
Farah has been teaching yoga for over 20 years in a variety of settings - yoga studios, public schools, non-profits, corporate classes, and in retreat settings. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her studies in Tibetan Buddhism, Lineage-based yoga, conflict resolution, and non-violent communication.
She is also a pioneer in integrating conflict resolution skills with yogic practices and Buddhist wisdom; bringing a somatic approach to communication and conflict.​​
Horticulturist & Yoga Teacher
Ingrid van Oostrom
Ingrid assists people with creating sanctuary within themselves through traditional yoga and nature. She is a horticulturist, yoga teacher, author, and life coach who loves life, laughter, and ice cream! Plants are her passion too and she provides horticultural advice on creating garden spaces to retreat to. She also carries out the garden work or provides training or workshops for the best results. Outdoor spaces are healing for body, mind, and spirit and should be available to anyone. Where better to practise yoga than in the outdoors, when the weather is nice of course!
Registered Dietitian
Ewa Ostapczuk
Ewa is an Irish Registered Dietitian, who graduated with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Dublin Institute of Technology & Trinity College Dublin.
She worked in a clinical setting for 2 years, where she realized that what she really wanted to do, is to help people get healthy early in their lives, and help prevent admission to hospital in the first place.
Ewa has a special interest in plant based nutrition, and is the cofounder of the Plant Based Diets And Food Sustainability Special Interest Group.

Angela Thompson
Angela Thompson is a registered massage therapist and yoga teacher living on Galiano Island, BC.
Her passion for anatomy and physiology has greatly influenced her teaching style. She encourages you to slow down and get curious about how it feels to be YOU as you connect mind, body and spirit.
Angela creates a safe space where all bodies are welcome.
