Rustic Koyt Cabin accommodation, inspired by Cornish ‘Quoits’, which were a type of portal or spiritual chamber that date back to the Neolithic period.

Inside your Koyt Cabin; luxury Bramley toiletries, a bespoke log burner with firewood, kindling and matches, warm Atlantic Blankets and hot water bottles.

A 1 hour deep relaxation massage at the onsite Pigsty Spa to help you unwind and relax while being pampered.

Grounding workshops including;  Opening Circle Practice, Guided Nature Walk of the Temperate Rainforest, Beaver Enclosure Visit, Rewilding Experience, Sound Bath, 2 Yoga Classes, and a Somatic Workshop.

Growth activities including; Private 1:1 Holistic Health Coaching session, a Wild Bathing & Sauna Experience (with toasty firepit and teas), Wild Foraging Workshop with Cook Up, and finally a Closing Circle

14:00 - 17:00 | Check In

We appreciate everyone will arrive at different times, so take your time to settle in and enjoy your beautiful surroundings.

17:00 - 19:00 | Opening Circle

Your opening circle will be lead by a certified Health Coach, trained in encouraging you to be your true self and express what you want to get out of the weekend, and life. 

We'll work together on establishing some personal goals that you can reflect on during your stay. We'll then revisit these goals and your takeaways in the closing circle. 

19:00 - 18:00 | Dinner


10:00 - 11:00 | Breakfast

A tea and coffee station will be open from 9:00 for anyone needing that morning boost.

11:00 - 13:00 | Temperate Rainforest Guided Nature Walk

The Cabilla Valley is home to an extremely rare and Ancient Temperate Rainforest which hosts a diverse range of plant, fungi and animal species. These habitats are defined by the mycelial network which connects every single organism in the forest together. The Eden Project recently carbon dated the age of the rainforest using paleo-botanical
techniques which proved that it has had at least 3,664 years o
f continuous, uninterrupted growth.

14:00 - 16:00 | Massages, 1:1 Coaching, and Free Time

Included in the price of your stay is a massage at the onsite, luxury 'Pigsty Spa'. Your allotted massage time will be revealed closer to the event. If it's not your massage time you will have access to 1:1 Holistic Health Coaching and time for yourself - use it however you like; exploring, reading, or just plain relaxing. 

16:00 - 19:00 | Wild Bathing & Sauna

Your guides will take you deep into the Rainforest where you'll come across a small stream running through the trees. Experience nature at it's fullest in the small specially curated swimming spots along the water, then warm up in the outdoor sauna for a hot and cold healing body experience. Your guides will also light a fire and serve natural teas so you can truly take in the moment and your surroundings.

20:00 - 21:00 | Evening Yoga

11:00 - 13:00 | Somatic Workshop

Somatic practices bring you into a deeper relationship with your own body. They lead you towards true embodiment, towards understanding and observing what the body knows of itself. A workshop with Pippa will help you start to explore your body as perceived from within, through slow, reflective movements and meditations.

13:00 - 14:00 | Lunch

14:00 - 18:00 | Massages, 1:1 Coaching, and Rewilding Experience

If it's not your massage time you will have access to 1:1 Holistic Health Coaching and the opportunity to participate in Rewillding; planting trees and looking after the ecosystem around you.

Take a deep dive into naturally sourced foods with one of Cornwall's top foraging guides, Stuart Woodman. Stuart will lead the group through a hands-on culinary treasure hunt through the ancient woodland, followed by collaborative cooking on an open fire and a tasting session, using whatever the season provides!

Marpole Retreats Founder & Health Coach

Marie is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Founder of Marpole Retreats.


Marie's goal is to help individuals reach their dreams, whatever they may be, by; providing spaces to meet likeminded people, learning about breaking goals down into manageable stepping stones, and learning how to look after your body and mind to be your best self.

Marie will lead your Opening and Closing Circles to set individual intentions for the weekend and action points to take away with you.

Mindful Chef

When you meet Kate, it's impossible not to come away with a great appreciation for food and the journeys our bodies go on with every meal. 

Kate has been practicing her cooking skills since 2009 and brings a unique slant to each meal by incorporating her background in Yoga and Rieke to take each guest on an experience.


Kate uses locally sourced, organic produce to root and ground guests on arrival, stimulate conversations and friends, and show you a new window into the wonderful world of food that you haven't encountered before.

Yoga Teacher
Rebecca Bradley

 Upon completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Ashtanga in 2016, Rebecca has since then gone on to complete a further 320 hours of advanced teacher training in Mandala Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin with The Yoga People.

Rebecca says “I’m so grateful to have this practice in my life and feel very privileged to be able to share it with you all.” In her classes she will guide, support and encourage students to move their bodies intelligently and intuitively, creating more freedom, space, and balance in the body, mind, and soul.

As we have guests coming to us from many exciting places, each guest is responsible for their own travel arrangements.


The easiest way to find this venue is via the Google Maps link for Cabilla Cornwall here. We recommend that you drive to us so you can explore the local area more easily. Plug PL30 4DW into your sat nav and follow the signs – you’ll find it.


T to reach the retreat by train, our nearest station is Bodmin Parkway, where you can arrange for a taxi to bring you here.



Coming from further away? (You'll have to tell us all about it). You can fly into Bristol or London and then either take a train or rent a car to get to the retreat.
