Strength & Conditioning – full-body focus with presses, squats, and core work to build total strength and confidence.
Abs & Butts – high-energy circuits designed to fire up your core and glutes, all while having fun.
Power Sculpt – a fusion of yoga flow and weights for sculpted muscles, endurance, and a good dose of Marpole vibes.
 

All classes are small, friendly, and perfect for trying something new without feeling intimidated.
